  • Managed a four-site network for an engineering firm for nearly 8 years, leveraging tools like Datto RMM and PDQ to effectively keep systems updated and running properly.

  • Installed and supported wide area network for 97 district offices of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives' Democratic Caucus.

  • Consulted with Columbia Pictures to provide IT Support during the filming of Girl, Interrupted.

  • IT Director for a three-campus wide area network supporting more than 5,000 users.  Maintained Windows 2003 servers, active directory, group policies, restricted profiles, and rolled out new software packages and system images.

  • Migrated local server resources (such as Exchange and file servers) to Office 365 and SharePoint online to increase availability and efficiency.

  • Developed Admissions tracking software that increased productivity and conversion rates to the highest in the company and accurately predicts start numbers using combination of activity level, lead numbers, and historical performance.

  • More than 12,000 hours providing instruction to students in subjects such as Windows Server, Web Design, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Desktop Support, and Cisco Routing and Switching.
